Cancer Hospital

Project Type: Healthcare / Architect: Archohm Consults, Noida / Lighting Design: Archohm Consults, Noida

Lighting a ray of hope.

summary

ILDL used fixtures from Heper from its brand portfolio to illuminate the streets and pedestrian walkways done by Archohm Consults.

about the project

A metaphor for a spacious, affirmative and bright space that aids in healing is a 100-acre cancer hospital in Chak Ganjeria city of Lucknow. Designed to break down the boundaries between function and art, this example subtly makes architecture a physical experience for one and all. The grand entrance that encounters numerous vehicular and pedestrian traffic is juxtaposed with the green courts and breathing spaces that have been generously provided throughout offering a serene environment.

lighting design intent

The road and area illumination reinforced the idea of lighting up the pedestrian circulation walkways using tubular columns. The main stretch of the street was illuminated using street luminaires.
