Located in the merging ITES SEZ, Sector 21, Gurugram, Candor TechSpace by Brookfield Properties is a favoured destination for companies. The 27.68-acre campus is developed around green open spaces along with a well-planned amenity block. The architecture of the Candor project strictly adheres to the international standards ensuring that the design as a whole succeeds the desired energy efficiency levels.
lighting design intent
A vibrant breathing space like Candor requires aesthetically appealing fixtures to compliment the design intent for which Rosa Poland, Ivela Italy, and Litolux brands were used from our brand portfolio. The lively character of the space was an important factor to retain beautifying the urbanscape of the project. Further, Ewo R1 fixtures were used for sports area lighting achieving the desired lux levels.
