about the project

Located in the heart of the city, the eco-friendly Janeshwar park is the pride of Lucknow. Respecting and tributing the emotional connection, this park was made in the memory of late politician Janeshwar Mishra from Samajwadi Party. It has been conceptualised and designed as a multi-functional environmental and recreational green which not just provides sustainable habitat for various species of birds but also doubles up as a major entertainment and recreation Centre for all sections of the society.

lighting design intent

The rich foliage, the beautiful fountains and the palm trees lined pathways in the park were lit up using fixtures from ILDL’s brand portfolio. Corrosion resistant light poles were installed along its path to beautify the background of the entire scenario binding them as one. The crystal-effect of the light throughout the jogging and cycling track was achieved using fixtures from Lec and Dot-Spot to give a dazzling impression of natural chandeliers and lamps.
