Bright lights, city nights.

summary

To meet the lighting intent done by Light Vision India, ILDL used fixtures from Dot-Spot that marks the unique skyline created by the Altamount etching its identity amongst an iconic landmark of Mumbai.

about the project

The architect wanted to create a distinct iconic landmark in the Mumbai skyline. The facade of the Building has been envisaged such that residents have privacy as well as a complete view of the sea and the cityscape. It has been designed by keeping the high-end luxury and comfort in mind. The club house, guest rooms, cinema, conference, meeting rooms, pool and other amenities have been designed to create a secluded space within the metropolis.

lighting design intent

With exclusive lighting brands in ILDL’s portfolio, we strive to offer premium lighting solutions to a premium brand. ILDL has worked on a variety of Lodha projects starting from exterior landscape and facade applications to the interior ones.

To mark the unique skyline created by the structure, the intent was to accentuate the glorifying crown of the tower of Lodha Altamount. The linear lines from Dot-Spot were used to mark the linearity of the structure defining a scale of the same. The crown of the tower impressingly gels with the blue linear lights used on the structure.

The intent of the design was achieved by using Slimlux from Dot-Spot which successfully fulfilled the desired lighting levels.
