ILDL used minimalist luminaires from Lumenpulse and created play of lights to achieve the desired light effect.
about the project
Gomti, the lifeline of the city, has been drying consistently due to excessive silt deposition, irregular cleaning and mixing of sewage impurities. To maintain a healthy flow of water, the irrigation department constructed a barrage that will prevent the backflow of the water upstream thus helping in recharging the groundwater table.
lighting design intent
The barrage stands parallel to two other bridges and the lighting up of the metal members was done so that the same can be viewed from the parallel bridges to enhance the night view over the flowing gomti river. Colorful vibrant light effects were used to enhance the vibe of the space. The whole design concept was met using Lumenfacade from Lumenpulse under the ILDL brand portfolio.
